Boots for Booth
Our blue plaque dedicated to William Booth, founder of the Salvation Army is on the wall of Boot's Opticians . The reason for it's positioning has been added to our dedicated page here
My Jimi Hendrix Experience
Our blue plaque dedicated to Jimi Hendrix who played Barbecue'67, England's first rock festival held here in in Spalding is on the wall of the Red Lion Hotel where Jimi stayed. We have added memories of Jimi, by Colin Ward who was a drummer in the local suppoirting band Sounds Force Five here.
